The Russian command transferred part of the units from Kherson and Zaporozhye regions to the Kursk region. This was stated to Politico by the speaker of the Tavriya group of troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Dmitry Likhovoy.

According to him, this is a relatively small number of troops.

"However, the Russians have accumulated a large number of personnel, in particular in the Zaporozhye region, and the number of units they relocate is relatively small," Likhovoy said on the telethon, quoted by Strana.

As reported by EADaily, Russian troops, despite the fact that they repel the sudden invasion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region, strike at the enemy along the front line in the eastern direction. It is reported by The New York Times with reference to the Ukrainian military.

"Our guys do not feel any relief," said, in particular, the press secretary of the National Guard brigade Artem Dzhepko.
