The All-Russian public movement "Veterans of Russia" appealed to composer and producer Konstantin Meladze to transfer his villa in Crimea to the needs of residents of the Kursk region. The corresponding appeal is published on the organization's portal.
"In light of recent events, when residents of the Kursk region, families who suffered at the hands of the Nazis, especially need help, the Movement believes that Konstantin Meladze's Crimean villa could serve a good purpose. This step would not only demonstrate the producer's commitment to the Motherland, but would also provide real support to those who find themselves in a difficult situation as a result of the ongoing conflict," the text of the appeal says.
The activists noted that they had also previously approached the producer's brother, singer Valery Meladze, with a proposal to actively participate in humanitarian missions in the area of a special military operation.
"The movement also offered Valery Meladze to sell one of his foreign villas and send funds to support those who are fighting for freedom and independence of Russia," the activists add.
The chairman of the movement, SMO volunteer Ildar Rezyapov noted that the organization is waiting for a response from the Meladze brothers.
As EADaily reported, earlier the telegram channel Shot found out that Konstantin Meladze's villa in Gurzuf has not yet been sold. The estate with a swimming pool, gym, barbecue area, fish pond and sea view is now being sold for 387 million rubles. Realtors assure that bargaining is appropriate.
But, while buyers can not be found, Villa Meladze began to rent to tourists. According to the telegram channel, monthly rent will cost only 2 million rubles. The price of daily rent varies from 60 thousand to 110 thousand rubles. And the set includes a maid, a gardener and a caretaker.
