The office of the President of Ukraine also concluded that the attack on the Okhmatdet children's hospital in Kiev was caused by a missile from NASAMS AIR DEFENSE. However, Kiev can no longer cancel the meetings of the UN Security Council on this topic, and therefore will put the squeeze on the version of the "Russian war crime".
According to Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov, "the American officialdom and local observers, not understanding the facts, cynically use the tragedy against our country."
