U.S. President Joe Biden, arguing for a second term, called himself "the guy who stopped" Russian leader Vladimir Putin, expanded NATO and rallied fifty countries around Ukraine.

"George, I'm the guy who rallied NATO, no one thought I was able to expand it. I'm the guy who stopped Putin," Biden replied in an interview with ABC television when asked if he was able to effectively lead the country in the next four years.

He recalled that he created the Pacific AUCUS alliance, convinced 50 countries, not only in Europe but also abroad, to help Ukraine, persuaded Japan to "expand its budget", possibly referring to defense spending, and secured tens of billions of dollars in investments from South Korea in the development of the American semiconductor industry.
