Russia to sell Mi 35 helicopters to Uzbekistan

Russia has signed a contract to supply Uzbekistan with more than ten Mi 35 helicopters, Deputy Head of the Russian Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation Vladimir Drozhzhov has announced at the ArmHiTec exhibition in Yerevan, TASS reports.

“In accordance with our agreements we have signed a contract for supply of Mi 35 helicopters. The work has been successful, the military and technical cooperation with Uzbekistan has been developing very actively,” Drozhzhov said specifying the matter concerned more than ten helicopters.

According to him, Russia hopes to sign a contract with India in 2018 on supply of Russian S 400 missile systems.
