Russia’s Central Bank has published a report on individual money transfers from Russia in Q3 2016. In Jan-Sept 2016, Uzbekistan received $2bn - 14.4% less than in Jan-Sept 2015 and 59.4% less than in Jan-Sept 2014.
During the same period, Tajikistan received $1.43bn (14.5% and 53.2% less than in 2015 and 2014, respectively).
Kyrgyzstan received $1.3bn, which is 21% more than in Jan-Sept 2015.
Thus, unlike Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan has registered a growth in money transfers from Russia.
