Russia has a “Plan B” and even a “Plan C” in case the situation in the oil markets becomes even worse, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has said today in an interview to Russian TV-channels.
“Of course, we are guided by a realistic scenario now (of how the Russian economy will develop). But we would have been bad managers, had we no “Plan B” or even “Plan C”, if there is such necessity,” the prime minister announced.
