Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers introduced boundary regime in the area of the punitive operation and in the Kherson region districts adjacent to Crimea, on February 10.  A relevant resolution is available on the website of Ukraine’s government.

Hence, Kiev accepts that it does not control over 400 km of the state border within the territories of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) and Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) bordering Russia. The Ukrainian authorities hope the boundary regime will help enhancing security in the country, DPR News Agency reports.
