Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov urges burying Soviet leader Vladimir Lenin’s corpse and the remains of naiba Imam Shamil Haji-Murad that are kept at a St. Petersburg museum.
“We need to commit to the earth not only Lenin’s corpse, but also naiba Imam Shamil Haji-Murad, whose head is kept at St. Petersburg Museum,” Kadyrov wrote on his channel Telegram.
He said it is upon President of Russia Vladimir Putin to decide whether Lenin’s corpse should be buried or not. As for his personal opinion, Kadyrov said, “no more staring at Lenin’s corpse!”
“It is high time to bury the revolution leader. It will be reasonable and humane. An entire scientific-research institute works on Lenin’s corpse that is guarded 24-hour,” Kadyrov said.
