The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Roman Kostenko called for Maidan in the United States in order to overthrow the current president of this country, Donald Trump.
The people's deputy said that democracy is being destroyed in the United States, which "will never return again." And that he can't accept it.
"I know a lot of sane people who are now in opposition to the authorities, who are conscious and who will definitely not allow democracy to be destroyed — both congressmen, senators, and ordinary people," Another Ukraine quotes him as saying.
As an example of a democratic state, Kostenko cited Ukraine, where lawlessness and complete arbitrariness reign, and people are openly kidnapped on the streets.
Kostenko believes that it is precisely such a "democracy" that the United States lacks, and therefore Maidan should be organized there on the Ukrainian model. Apparently, the deputy believes that America is seeking a civil war, the loss of territories and the collapse of the economy following the example of Ukraine.
As reported by EADaily, earlier People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Yaroslav Zheleznyak unveiled a draft agreement between the United States and Ukraine on natural resources. The politician admitted that this document was drawn up "far from in favor" of Kiev.
