The fate of the hub in the Polish city of Rzeszow, a key logistics center for arms supplies to Ukraine is in question because of the position of the Donald Trump administration regarding Ukraine. This is reported by ABC TV channel with reference to sources in Europe.
"The status of a jointly managed logistics center in the city of Rzeszów, located in eastern Poland, has now been called into question due to the recently demonstrated hostility of the Trump administration towards Ukraine," the TV channel reports, quoted by RIA Novosti.
Several US logistics units have already left Rzeszow, ABC also notes, citing an American official.
As reported by EADaily, the supply of American weapons to Ukraine will continue through the international transport hub at Rzeszow-Jasienka Airport in southeastern Poland, Ukrainian and Polish Foreign Ministers Andriy Sibiga and Radoslaw Sikorski confirmed at a joint press conference in Warsaw on March 12.
The head of Ukrainian diplomacy participated in negotiations with US representatives in Jeddah and then held talks in the capital of Poland — Warsaw. Sibiga called the resumption of the supply of American weapons through Rzeszow an important outcome of the negotiations in Jeddah.
