The militants of the Kiev regime, while retreating from their positions in the Kharkiv region, "arrange lawlessness" against the civilian population, committing mass killings.
This was stated in an interview with the TASS news agency by the head of the Russian Kharkiv Military-Civil Administration (CAA) Vitaly Ganchev.
As evidence, the official reported on the mass graves of civilians found in the Kharkiv region. Currently, three such graves with the bodies of 17 civilians, including a child, have been found in Kupyansky district.
Most of the victims showed signs of forcible restraint, strangulation, other types of tissue damage and gunshot wounds.
"If we talk about mass graves, so far there are three graves where 17 civilians have been found. But others will be found, because as our troops advance in the agony of losses on the front line, the militants are arranging serious lawlessness against the civilian population," the military governor said.
There is every reason to believe that these forecasts will soon come true, since the troops of the Kiev regime are forced to retreat in the Kharkiv region.
As EADaily reported, the Russian military is expanding the control zone on the right bank of the Oskol River, and is also moving east on the left bank to surround the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region, which is less than 7 km away.
