Under no circumstances will Moscow accept the presence of the NATO military on the Ukraine as peacekeepers. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview with American bloggers Mario Naufalu, Larry Johnson and Andrew Napolitano.
When asked on what conditions Russia could accept the presence of NATO military personnel as peacekeepers at the To Ukraine, Lavrov responded with an unequivocal rejection of any options for the development of the relevant initiative.
"Under no circumstances. No one is talking to us. They continue to claim that "nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine," but they are doing everything against Russia without Russia. When US President Donald Trump was asked about peacekeepers, he replied that it was too early to discuss it, but usually the consent of all parties is required. Why should we agree to a peacekeeping force or a peacekeeping group? They want such a force to consist of countries that have declared us an enemy. Will they come there as peacekeepers?" — Lavrov pointed out.
