On Wednesday, the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics have asked the UN Security Council to institute an international tribunal for crimes against humanity in Ukraine
According to the heads of the republics Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky, they have asked Russia, the United States, China, the United Kingdom and France to consider their request during the next UN SC meeting.
“We are looking forward to an early response,” Plotnitsky said.
